Laura offers broad experience in executive coaching and human resources leadership. She enjoys collaborating with board members, leadership and management teams to align, engage, and develop leaders and employees while right-sizing the organizations.  Her industry experience includes high-tech R&D and manufacturing; financial services; and professional services firms.  She has played a key role in growth, culture, and change management initiatives in organizations ranging from an entrepreneurial start-up to a hi-growth organization of 125,000 FTE with 200 annual acquisitions.
